At SafetyBoot4U, our main goal is to ensure you receive a suitable product. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your needs, we encourage you to consult us to avoid unnecessary returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and issue refunds within the 7-day Returns Policy period.


Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns are made at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • A 15% handling fee will be charged on all returned and ordered items.

Refund Conditions:

  • The item must be received in new condition with no damage (e.g., cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirt).
  • Refunds, including applicable taxes, will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

In-store Purchases:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, unused, and with a valid receipt for a refund or exchange.

Exclusions from Full Refund

The following items will not qualify for a refund:

  • Open box items
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items returned without prior notification
  • Capital equipment (items with serial numbers)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a specified timeframe.


Clearance (Scratch & Dent) Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange:

Return Shipment

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless SafetyBoot4U is at fault.
  • Follow the return instructions provided with your Return Authorization Number to prevent any issues.
  • If an item is returned to the wrong address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Important Note: To protect against loss or damage during shipping, we strongly recommend insuring returned items.


Cancelled Orders on Capital Goods

  • Capital equipment (items with serial numbers) is covered by a 1-year guarantee from the sale date.
  • Canceled or incorrectly ordered items will incur a 15% handling charge.

Terms & Policies

We reserve the right to adjust prices, terms, or product details due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical issues. SafetyBoot4U is not responsible for manufacturer price changes that may occur without notice.
